That’s right, Torchlight’s Steam-powered release will coincide with the game’s official release date from Runic Games and Perfect World. Quoting CEO Max Schaefer,
It’s important for us to make Torchlight as widely available as possible. Steam is an enormous outlet that many players use exclusively – we’re big fans ourselves – so we are really happy that it will be on Steam starting day one.
The best part of the news, however, is the reduced price tag, coming in at $18. If you’re a bargain hunter, or just plain love Steam, be sure to take advantage of the Pre-Order deal.
